भिक्षुकांश्चाक्रिकांश्वैव क्लीबोन्मत्तान्‌ कुशीलवान्‌ । बाह्यान्‌ कुर्यन्नरश्रेष्ठ दोषाय स्युरहि तेडन्यथा,नरश्रेष्ठस जब युद्ध छिड़ा हो, तब राजाको चाहिये कि वह नगरसे भिखमंगों, गाड़ीवानों, हीजड़ों, पागलों और नाटक करनेवालोंको बाहर निकाल दे; अन्यथा वे बड़ी भारी विपत्ति ला सकते हैं

ഹേ നരശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! യുദ്ധം പൊട്ടിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ടാൽ രാജാവ് നഗരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഭിക്ഷുക്കളെയും വണ്ടിക്കാരെയും നപുംസകരെയും ഉന്മത്തരെയും കുശീലവരെയും (നടന്മാർ/നാടകക്കാർ) പുറത്താക്കണം; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അകത്ത് നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് വലിയ അനർത്ഥത്തിന് കാരണമാകും.
