गच्छ शैनेय जानीहि गत्वा राजनिवेशनम्‌ । अपि सज्जो महातेजा भीष्म द्रष्ट युधिष्ठिर:,“'शिनिनन्दन! जाओ, राजमहलमें जाकर पता लगाओ कि महातेजस्वी राजा युधिष्ठिर भीष्मजीके दर्शनार्थ चलनेके लिये तैयार हो गये क्या?”

Transliteration

gaccha śaineya jānīhi gatvā rājaniveśanam | api sajjo mahātejā bhīṣmaṃ draṣṭuṃ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||

Translation

“ഹേ ശൈനേയാ! നീ പോയി രാജനിവാസത്തിൽ ചെന്നു അന്വേഷിക്കൂ—മഹാതേജസ്വിയായ രാജാവ് യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ ഭീഷ്മനെ ദർശിക്കാൻ പുറപ്പെടാൻ തയ്യാറായിട്ടുണ്ടോ?”
