त्वामेकमाहु: पुरुष त्वामाहु: सात्वतां पतिम् । नामभि स्त्वां बहुविधै: स्तुवन्ति प्रयता द्विजा:
tvām ekam āhuḥ puruṣa tvām āhuḥ sāttvatāṁ patim | nāmabhiḥ tvāṁ bahuvidhaiḥ stuvanti prayatā dvijāḥ ||
മനസ്സും ഇന്ദ്രിയങ്ങളും സംയമിച്ച ദ്വിജന്മാർ നിങ്ങളെയേ ഏകാന്തര്യാമി പുരുഷനെന്നും സാത്വതഭക്തരുടെ അധിപതി-പരിപാലകനെന്നും പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നു; ഏകാഗ്രചിത്തത്തോടെ നാനാവിധ നാമങ്ങളാൽ അവർ നിങ്ങളെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു.
