आसीत्‌ तु मे भोगपते संशय: पुण्यसंचये । सो5हमुछ्छव्रतं साधो चरिष्याम्यर्थसाधनम्‌

Transliteration

āsīt tu me bhogapate saṁśayaḥ puṇya-saṁcaye | so 'ham ucchvavrataṁ sādho cariṣyāmy artha-sādhanam ||

Translation

ഹേ ഭോഗപതേ, നാഗരാജാ! പുണ്യസഞ്ചയത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എനിക്ക് സംശയം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു—ഏത് ശാസനം സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാനായില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ ആ സംശയം നീങ്ങി. ഹേ സാദോ! എന്റെ അഭീഷ്ടസിദ്ധിക്കായി ഞാൻ ഉച്ഛ്വവ്രതം തന്നെ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കും.
