हुताहुतिरिव ज्योतिर्वष्याप्प तेजोमरीचिभि: । ओनिर्देश्येन रूपेण द्वितीय इव भास्कर:

hutāhutir iva jyotir vṛṣyāpt tejo-marīcibhiḥ | anirdeśyena rūpeṇa dvitīya iva bhāskaraḥ ||

ഘൃതാഹുതിയാൽ പുതുതായി ജ്വലിച്ച യജ്ഞാഗ്നിപോലെ അവൻ ജ്വലിച്ചു. തന്റെ തേജോമയ കിരണങ്ങളാൽ അവൻ സമസ്ത ജ്യോതിമണ്ഡലവും വ്യാപിച്ചു; അവന്റെ രൂപം അനിർവചനീയം—അവൻ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തനായി.
