अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः
Sūrya–Nāga Dialogue on the Perfected Gleaner-Ascetic
ससूजे नाभित: पूर्व ब्रह्माणममितप्रभ: । ततः स प्रादुरभवदथैनं वाक्यमब्रवीत्
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: sasūje nābhitaḥ pūrvaṁ brahmāṇam amitaprabhaḥ | tataḥ sa prādurabhavad athainaṁ vākyam abravīt |
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— അമിതപ്രഭനായ ഭഗവാൻ തന്റെ നാഭിപദ്മത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ആദ്യം ബ്രഹ്മാവിനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് ബ്രഹ്മാവ് പ്രത്യക്ഷനായപ്പോൾ ഭഗവാൻ അവനോട് ഈ വാക്കുകൾ പറഞ്ഞു—കൽപ്പാരംഭത്തിൽ സൃഷ്ടിയുടെ ക്രമബദ്ധമായ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്.
