Nara-Nārāyaṇa–Nārada Discourse on Vision, Elements, and Entry into Vāsudeva
उपर्युपरि लोकस्य सर्वो गन्तुं समीहते । यतते च यथाशक्ति न च तद् वर्तते तथा
uparyupari lokasya sarvo gantuṃ samīhate | yatate ca yathāśakti na ca tad vartate tathā ||
എല്ലാവർക്കും കൂടുതൽ ഉയർന്ന ലോകങ്ങളിലേക്കുയരാൻ ആഗ്രഹമുണ്ട്. ഓരോരുത്തനും തന്റെ ശേഷിയനുസരിച്ച് പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നു; എങ്കിലും അതുപോലെ സംഭവിക്കണമെന്നില്ല—ആഗ്രഹവും പരിശ്രമവും മാത്രം കൊണ്ട് അത് നേടാനാവില്ല.
