यत: सर्वा: प्रवर्तन्ते सर्गप्रलयविक्रिया: । यच्च शंसन्ति शास्त्रेषु वदन्ति परमर्षय:,संसारकी सृष्टि और प्रलयरूप सारे विकार उसीसे सम्भव होते हैं। महर्षि अपने शास्त्रोंमें उसीकी प्रशंसा करते हैं
yataḥ sarvāḥ pravartante sarga-pralaya-vikriyāḥ | yac ca śaṃsanti śāstreṣu vadanti paramarṣayaḥ ||
സൃഷ്ടിയും പ്രളയവും എന്ന രൂപത്തിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വികാരങ്ങളും അവനിൽ നിന്നാണ് പ്രవర്തിക്കുന്നത്. ശാസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ അവനെയേ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു; പരമർഷികൾ അവനെയേ പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു.
