Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse

तथैव वागुरां छिक्त्वा बलवन्तो यथा मृगा: । प्राप्तुयुर्विमलं मार्ग विमुक्ता: सर्वबन्धनै:,राजन! इसी प्रकार जैसे बलवान्‌ मृग जाल तोड़कर सारे बन्धनोंसे मुक्त हो निर्विघ्न मार्गपर चले जाते हैं, वैसे ही योगबलसे सम्पन्न योगी पुरुष लोभजनित सब बन्धनोंको तोड़कर परम निर्मल कल्याणमय मार्गको प्राप्त कर लेते हैं

Transliteration

tathaiva vāgurāṁ chittvā balavanto yathā mṛgāḥ | prāptuyur vimalaṁ mārgaṁ vimuktāḥ sarvabandhanaiḥ ||

Translation

രാജാവേ! ശക്തിയുള്ള മൃഗങ്ങൾ വേട്ടക്കാരന്റെ വല കീറി എല്ലാ ബന്ധനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുമൊഴിഞ്ഞ് തടസ്സമില്ലാത്ത പാതയിൽ പോകുന്നതുപോലെ, യോഗബലസമ്പന്നരായ യോഗികൾ ലോഭജന്യബന്ധങ്ങൾ പൊട്ടിച്ച് പരമ നിർമ്മലവും കല്യാണകരവുമായ മാർഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
