अध्याय २९७ — श्रेयः, धृति, दान-नियमाः
Welfare, Steadfastness, and Norms of Giving
न जायते तु नृपते कंचित् कालमयं पुनः । परिभ्रमति भूतात्मा द्यामिवाम्बुधरो महान्
na jāyate tu nṛpate kaṃcit kālamayaṃ punaḥ | paribhramati bhūtātmā dyām ivāmbudharo mahān ||
ഹേ നൃപതേ! ഭൂതാത്മാവ് കാലം നിർമ്മിച്ച പുതിയ സൃഷ്ടിയായി വീണ്ടും ജനിക്കുന്നില്ല; മഹാമേഘം ആകാശത്ത് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവൻ അവസ്ഥകളിലൂടെ പരിഭ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
