सांख्ययोगभेदः तथा योगबलोपदेशः

Sāṃkhya–Yoga Distinction and Instruction on Yogic Strength

तमुवाच महादेवो गच्छ शिक्षेन मोक्षणम्‌ | इति सर्वाणि स्रोतांसि रुद्ध्वा त्रिदशपुड़व:,तब महादेवजीने उनसे कहा--'शिश्नके मार्गसे ही तुम्हारा उद्धार होगा, अतः उसीसे निकलो।' ऐसा कहकर देवेश्वर शिवने अन्य सारे द्वार रोक दिये

tam uvāca mahādevo gaccha śikṣena mokṣaṇam | iti sarvāṇi srotāṃsi ruddhvā tridaśapuṅgavaḥ ||

അപ്പോൾ മഹാദേവൻ അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“പോകുക; ശിശ്നമാർഗ്ഗത്തിലൂടെയേ നിനക്ക് മോക്ഷം; അതുവഴി തന്നെ പുറത്തുവരിക.” ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് ദേവശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ ശിവൻ മറ്റു എല്ലാ പുറപ്പാട് വഴികളും തടഞ്ഞു.

The verse presents a harsh corrective ethic: liberation from a binding fault is achieved by disciplined engagement with the very locus of bondage, not by diversion into other outlets.
