Educational Q&A

Release the deeply rooted ‘knot of the heart’ created by anxious intellectual rumination; by letting it go, one becomes free from grief and doubt and can live in steady peace.

In the Shanti Parva’s instruction section, Bhishma continues advising on inner discipline and wisdom: he urges the listener to abandon mental entanglements that bind the heart, so that sorrow ends and certainty is attained.
