Parāśara’s Counsel on बुद्धि (Discernment), Karma-Consequences, and Avoidance of Pāpānubandha Actions

ततो देवगणाः: क्रुद्धा: सर्वतः शरवृष्टिभि: । अश्मवर्षमपोहन्त वृत्रप्रेरितमाहवे,यह देख देवगण कुपित हो उठे। उन्होंने युद्धमें सब ओरसे बाणोंकी वर्षा करके वृत्रासुरके चलाये हुए पत्थरोंकी वर्षाको नष्ट कर दिया

tato devagaṇāḥ kruddhāḥ sarvataḥ śaravṛṣṭibhiḥ | aśmavarṣam apohanta vṛtrapreritam āhave ||

ഇത് കണ്ട ദേവഗണങ്ങൾ ക്രുദ്ധരായി. യുദ്ധത്തിൽ എല്ലാടവും അമ്പുമഴ പെയ്ത്, വൃത്രന്റെ പ്രേരണയിൽ വന്ന കല്ലുമഴയെ അവർ തള്ളിനീക്കി നിഷ്ഫലമാക്കി।
