श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः

Inquiry into Śreyas, Dharma, and Karma

इत्येतदाख्यातमहीनसत्त्व नारायणस्येह बल॑ मया ते,उत्कृष्ट बलशाली दैत्यराज! इस प्रकार यहाँ मैंने तुमसे यह भगवान्‌ नारायणका बल एवं प्रभाव बताया है”

ity etad ākhyātam ahīna-sattva nārāyaṇasyeha balaṁ mayā te | utkṛṣṭa-balaśālī daitya-rāja! evaṁ mayātra tubhyaṁ bhagavato nārāyaṇasya balaṁ prabhāvaṁ ca kathitam ||

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അക്ഷയധൈര്യമുള്ളവനേ, അത്യുത്തമബലശാലിയായ ദൈത്യരാജാവേ! ഇങ്ങനെ ഇവിടെ ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് ഭഗവാൻ നാരായണന്റെ ശക്തിയും പ്രകടമായ മഹിമയും വിവരിച്ചു.
