प्रज्ञा धर्मे च रमते धर्म चैवोपजीवति । सो<थ धर्मादवाप्तेषु धनेषु कुरुते मन:,वह बढ़ी हुई बुद्धि धर्ममें ही सुख मानती और उसीका सहारा लेती है। वह पुरुष धर्मसे प्राप्त होनेवाले धनमें मन लगाता है

prajñā dharme ca ramate dharma caivopajīvati | so 'tha dharmād avāpteṣu dhaneṣu kurute manaḥ ||

പരിപക്വമായ പ്രജ്ഞ ധർമ്മത്തിൽ തന്നെ രമിക്കുകയും ധർമ്മത്തെ തന്നെ ജീവിതാധാരമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. പിന്നെ ധർമ്മത്തിലൂടെ ലഭിച്ച ധനത്തിലേക്കാണ് അവൻ മനസ്സു നിവർത്തുന്നത്.
