कालनियमः शोकशमनं च
Kāla as Regulator; Pacification of Grief
तस्माद् बुद्धान्ति पुरुषा न हि तत् कस्यचिद् ध्रुवम् | श्रद्धधानस्ततो लोको दद्याच्चैव यजेत च
tasmād buddhānti puruṣā na hi tat kasyacid dhruvam | śraddadhānas tato loko dadyāc caiva yajeta ca ||
അതുകൊണ്ട് ജ്ഞാനികൾ ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു—ധനം ഒരാളുടെ പക്കൽ സ്ഥിരമായി നിലനിൽക്കുകയില്ല. അതിനാൽ ശ്രദ്ധയുള്ളവൻ ആ ധനം ദാനമായി നൽകുകയും യജ്ഞത്തിൽ വിനിയോഗിക്കുകയും വേണം—ക്ഷണഭംഗുര സമ്പത്തിനെ സ്ഥിരപുണ്യത്തിനും ലോകഹിതത്തിനും വേണ്ടി ഉപയോഗിക്കണം.
