कालेनाक्रम्य लोके5स्मिन् पच्यमाने बलीयसा
kālenākramya loke 'smin pacyamāne balīyasā
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—പ്രബലനായ കാലം മുന്നേറി ഈ ലോകത്തെ മൂടിക്കഴിയുമ്പോൾ, സർവ്വജീവികളും ‘വേവിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന’വരെപ്പോലെ—പക്വമായി, വ്യക്തിപരമായ പരിശ്രമത്തെക്കാൾ ശക്തമായ ആ ശക്തിയാൽ ഗ്രസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
