कालनिर्णयः, युगधर्मवर्णनम्, सृष्टिक्रमश्च

भूतानां निधन निष्ठा स्रोतसामिव सागर: । नैतत् सम्यग्विजानन्तो नरा मुहान्ति वज्धृक्,वज्रधारी इन्द्र! जैसे जलके प्रवाहोंका अन्तिम आश्रय समुद्र है, उसी प्रकार शरीरधारियोंकी अन्तिम गति मृत्यु है। जो पुरुष इस बातको अच्छी तरह जानते हैं, वे कभी मोहमें नहीं पड़ते हैं
Translation
ഹേ വജ്രധാരിയായ ഇന്ദ്രാ! ജലധാരകളുടെ അന്തിമ ആശ്രയം സമുദ്രം ആകുന്നതുപോലെ, ദേഹധാരികളുടെ അന്തിമ നിശ്ചയം മരണമാണ്. ഇതു ശരിയായി അറിയുന്നവർ ഒരിക്കലും മോഹത്തിലാകുന്നില്ല.
