मध्ये च हृदयस्यैका शिरा तत्र मनोवहा । शुक्रे संकल्पजं नृणां सर्वगात्रै्विमुड्चति,हृदयके मध्यभागमें एक मनोवहा नामकी नाड़ी है जो पुरुषोंक कामविषयक संकल्पके द्वारा सारे शरीरसे वीर्यको खींचकर बाहर निकाल देती है
madhye ca hṛdayasyaikā śirā tatra manovahā | śukre saṅkalpajaṃ nṛṇāṃ sarvagātrair vimucyati ||
ഹൃദയത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ‘മനോവഹാ’ എന്നൊരു നാഡി മാത്രം ഉണ്ട്—മനസ്സിനെ വഹിക്കുന്നതു. പുരുഷനിൽ കാമജന്യമായ സംകല്പം ഉദിക്കുമ്പോൾ അത് ശുക്രത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ച്, ശരീരത്തിലെ എല്ലാ അവയവങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുമത് വലിച്ചെടുത്തു പുറത്തേക്ക് സ്രവിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
