Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra
नादो<यं कीदृशो देव नैतं विद्य वयं प्रभो । को5सौ हि कस्य वा नादो येन विह्वलितं जगत्
nādo ’yaṃ kīdṛśo deva naitaṃ vidma vayaṃ prabho | ko ’sau hi kasya vā nādo yena vihvalitaṃ jagat ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദേവാ! ഇതെന്ത് തരത്തിലുള്ള നാദമാണ്? ഹേ പ്രഭോ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കത് ഗ്രഹിക്കാനാവുന്നില്ല. ഇത് ആരുടെ നാദം—ആരാണ് ഇതുയർത്തുന്നത്—ഇതിനാൽ സർവ്വലോകവും വ്യാകുലവും വിസ്മയഭ്രമിതവും ആയിരിക്കുന്നു?
