Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra
ततस्ते दानवा: सर्वे तेन नादेन भीषिता: । पेतुर्गतासवश्वैव विष्णुतेज:प्रमोहिता:
tataste dānavāḥ sarve tena nādena bhīṣitāḥ | petur gatāsavaś caiva viṣṇutejaḥ-pramohitāḥ ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അതിനുശേഷം ആ ഗർജനയിൽ ഭീതരായ എല്ലാ ദാനവരും, വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ തേജസ്സാൽ മോഹിതരും വിസ്മൃതരുമായി, പ്രാണം വിട്ടവരെപ്പോലെ ഭൂമിയിൽ വീണു.
