Draupadī’s Exhortation on Rājadharma and Daṇḍa (द्रौपद्याः राजधर्मोपदेशः)

अभिमानवती नित्यं विशेषेण युधिष्ठिरे । लालिता सतत राज्ञा धर्मज्ञा धर्मदर्शिनी

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

abhimānavatī nityaṁ viśeṣeṇa yudhiṣṭhire |

lālitā satataṁ rājñā dharmajñā dharmadarśinī ||

അവൾ നിത്യവും അഭിമാനവതിയായിരുന്നു, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് യുദ്ധിഷ്ഠിരനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച്; രാജാവ് അവളെ എപ്പോഴും സ്നേഹപൂർവ്വം ലാളിച്ചു; അവൾ ധർമ്മജ്ഞയും ധർമ്മത്തെ വ്യക്തമായി ദർശിക്കുന്നവളുമായിരുന്നു.
