Duryodhana-śibira-praveśaḥ — The Pāṇḍavas Enter the Kaurava Camp; The Burning of Arjuna’s Chariot
ततः प्राध्मापयन् शड्खान् पाउ्चजन्यं च माधव: । ह्ृष्टा दुर्योधन दृष्टवा निहतं पुरुषर्षभ
tataḥ prādhmāpayan śaṅkhān pāñcajanyaṃ ca mādhavaḥ | hṛṣṭā duryodhanaṃ dṛṣṭvā nihataṃ puruṣarṣabha ||
അപ്പോൾ മാധവൻ (കൃഷ്ണൻ) ശംഖങ്ങൾ മുഴക്കിച്ചു—പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് പാഞ്ചജന്യം. പുരുഷവൃഷഭനായ ദുര്യോധനൻ നിഹതനായതായി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ യോദ്ധാക്കൾ ഹർഷത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞു; അധർമ്മനായ നേതാവിന്റെ പതനം യുദ്ധഭാരം അവസാനത്തിലേക്കും ധർമ്മസ്ഥാപനത്തിലേക്കും അടുക്കുന്നതിന്റെ സൂചനയായി।
