पुनरेव तु वक्ष्यामि पाण्डवेय निबोध मे । धर्मराजापराधेन भयं नः पुनरागतम्,पाण्डुनन्दन! मैं पुन: यह बात कहे देता हूँ, तुम उसे ध्यान देकर सुनो। धर्मराजके अपराधसे हमलोगोंपर फिर भय आ पहुँचा है
punar eva tu vakṣyāmi pāṇḍaveya nibodha me | dharmarājāparādhena bhayaṃ naḥ punar āgatam pāṇḍunandana ||
പാണ്ഡവേയാ, ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും പറയുന്നു—എന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് കേൾക്കുക. ധർമ്മരാജന്റെ അപരാധം മൂലം ഭയം നമ്മിലേക്കു വീണ്ടും വന്നെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
वायुदेव उवाच
Even a ruler famed for dharma is not beyond error; when a moral lapse occurs, its consequences can return repeatedly as renewed danger. The verse stresses attentive listening to counsel and the ethical principle that responsibility follows action, regardless of one’s reputation.
Vāyudeva addresses a Pāṇḍava, announcing that he will restate an important warning. He attributes a renewed threat or fear faced by “us” to an offense committed by Dharmarāja (Yudhiṣṭhira), framing the moment as admonition and explanation of causality within the unfolding events.
