Unrestrained Battle Description and Śakuni’s Rear Assault
ते समासाद्य समरे परस्परमरिंदमा: । व्यनदंश्वैव जघ्नुश्न समासाद्य महाहवे
te samāsādya samare parasparam arindamāḥ | vyanadaṁś caiva jaghnuś ca samāsādya mahāhave ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ശത്രുദമകരായ ആ യോദ്ധാക്കൾ യുദ്ധഭൂമിയിൽ പരസ്പരം അടുത്തെത്തി മുഖാമുഖം ഏറ്റുമുട്ടി. ആ മഹായുദ്ധത്തിൽ അവർ തമ്മിൽ പ്രഹരിക്കുകയും യുദ്ധഘോഷം മുഴക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു—പരസ്പരാക്രമണത്തിൽ കുടുങ്ങി.
