शल्यस्य पाण्डवसेनापीडनम् — Śalya’s Assault on the Pāṇḍava Host
with Omens and Bhīma’s Counter
स शरै: सर्वतो विद्ध: प्रह्दष्ट इव पाण्डव: । अन्यत् कार्मुकमादाय रथमारुह्य वेगवान्
sa śaraiḥ sarvato viddhaḥ prahṛṣṭa iva pāṇḍavaḥ | anyat kārmukam ādāya ratham āruhya vegavān
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—എല്ലാ വശത്തുനിന്നും അമ്പുകളാൽ കുത്തേറ്റിട്ടും ആ പാണ്ഡവൻ ഹർഷിതനായവണ്ണം തോന്നി. മറ്റൊരു വില്ലെടുത്തു വേഗത്തിൽ രഥത്തിൽ കയറി।
