पुत्रका न विहास्ये व: कृच्छूलब्धान् प्रियान् सतः । साहं यास्यामि हि वनं हा कृष्णे किं जहासि माम्
putrakā na vihāsyē vaḥ kṛcchrūlabdhān priyān sataḥ | sāhaṃ yāsyāmi hi vanaṃ hā kṛṣṇe kiṃ jahāsi mām ||
മക്കളേ! വലിയ കഷ്ടപ്പാടോടെ ലഭിച്ച എന്റെ പ്രിയ സജ്ജനങ്ങളേ—ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടുപോകില്ല. ഞാൻ തന്നെയാകും വനത്തിലേക്ക് പോകുക. അയ്യോ കൃഷ്ണേ! നീ എന്നെ എന്തിന് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു?
