मा निमज्जी: स्वदोषेण महाप्सु त्वं हि भारत | मा बालानामशिष्टानामभिमंस्था मतिं प्रभो,'भरतकुलतिलक! आप अपने ही दोषसे इस कुलको विपत्तिके महासागरमें न डुबाइये। प्रभो! इन उद्दण्ड बालकोंकी हाँ-में-हाँ न मिलाइये

mā nimajjīḥ svadoṣeṇa mahāpsu tvaṃ hi bhārata | mā bālānām aśiṣṭānām abhimamsthā matiṃ prabho ||

ഹേ ഭാരതാ! നിന്റെ തന്നെ ദോഷംകൊണ്ട് ഈ കുലത്തെ ദുരന്തങ്ങളുടെ മഹാജലത്തിൽ മുങ്ങിക്കളയരുത്. ഹേ പ്രഭോ! അശിഷ്ടരും ഉന്മത്തരുമായ ബാലരുടെ സമ്മതംകൊണ്ട് നിന്റെ വിവേകം കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകരുത്.
