युधिष्ठिरस्तमावार्य बाहुना बाहुशालिनम् | मैवमित्यब्रवीच्चैनं जोषमास्स्वेति भारत,भारत! तब विशाल भुजाओंसे सुशोभित होनेवाले भीमसेनको अपने एक हाथसे रोकते हुए युधिष्ठिरने कहा--'ऐसा न करो, शान्तिपूर्वक बैठ जाओ'
yudhiṣṭhiras tam āvārya bāhunā bāhuśālinam | māivam ity abravīc cainaṃ joṣam āssvety bhārata ||
അപ്പോൾ യുദ്ധിഷ്ഠിരൻ തന്റെ ഭുജംകൊണ്ട് ബാഹുശാലിയായ ഭീമനെ തടഞ്ഞ് പറഞ്ഞു—“ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യരുത്; ഹേ ഭാരതാ, ശാന്തമായി ഇരിക്ക.”
