सभा-पर्व (अध्याय ६०) — द्रौपदी-प्रश्नः सभायाम् / Draupadī’s Question in the Assembly
युधिछिर उवाच अयं बहुधनो राजन् सागरावर्तसम्भव: । मणिहरित्तर: श्रीमान् कनकोत्तमभूषण:,युधिष्ठिरने कहा--राजन्! यह समुद्रके आवर्तमें उत्पन्न हुआ कान्तिमान् मणिरत्न बहुत बड़े मूल्यका है। मेरे हारोंमें यह सर्वोत्तम है तथा इसपर उत्तम सुवर्ण जड़ा गया है
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: ayaṃ bahudhanaḥ rājan sāgarāvarta-sambhavaḥ | maṇi-hāritaraḥ śrīmān kanakottama-bhūṣaṇaḥ ||
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആവർത്തത്തിൽ നിന്നു ജനിച്ച ഈ കാന്തിമാൻ മണിരത്നം അത്യന്തം വിലയേറിയതാണ്. എന്റെ ഹാരങ്ങളിൽ ഇതാണ് ശ്രേഷ്ഠം; ഉത്തമ സ്വർണ്ണം പതിപ്പിച്ച അലങ്കാരവുമുണ്ട്।
