श्रीकृष्ण उवाच ततस्ते भरतश्रेष्ठ काशिराजसुते शुभे । त॑ं बालमभिपलद्याशु प्रस्रवैरभ्यषिड्चताम्,श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं--भरतकुलभूषण! तब काशिराजकी उन दोनों शुभलक्षणा कन्याओंने उस बालकको तुरंत गोदमें लेकर उसे स्तनोंके दूधसे सींच दिया
śrīkṛṣṇa uvāca | tataste bharataśreṣṭha kāśirājasute śubhe | taṁ bālam abhipaladyāśu prasravair abhyasiñcatām ||
ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ഭാരതശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! അപ്പോൾ കാശീരാജന്റെ ആ രണ്ടു ശുഭലക്ഷണ പുത്രിമാർ ആ ശിശുവിനെ ഉടൻ മടിയിൽ എടുത്ത്, തങ്ങളുടെ സ്തന്യധാരകളാൽ അവനെ സ്നാനം ചെയ്യിച്ചതുപോലെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു.
