कृतान्तमन्यथा नैच्छत् कर्तु स जगतः प्रभु: । श्वोभूतेडथ ततः साम्बो मुसलं तदसूत वै
Translation
ഭഗവാൻ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ സർവ്വലോകാധിപനായിരുന്നാലും, യദുവംശത്തിന്മേൽ വരാനിരുന്ന ആ കൃതാന്തത്തെ മാറ്റുവാൻ അദ്ദേഹം ഇച്ഛിച്ചില്ല. അടുത്ത ദിവസം പ്രഭാതത്തിൽ സാമ്ബൻ ആ മുസലം പ്രസവിച്ചു.
