हत्वा तत्पुरुषानीक॑ भीम: सत्यपराक्रम: । धृष्टय्युम्नं पुरस्कृत्य तस्थौ तत्र महाबल:,सत्यपराक्रमी महाबली भीमसेन उस पैदल सेनाका संहार करके धृष्टद्युम्नको आगे किये वहीं खड़े रहे
hatvā tatpuruṣānīkaṃ bhīmaḥ satyaparākramaḥ | dhṛṣṭadyumnaṃ puraskṛtya tasthau tatra mahābalaḥ ||
ആ പാദാതിസേനയെ വധിച്ച ശേഷം, സത്യപരാക്രമനായ മഹാബലൻ ഭീമൻ ധൃഷ്ടദ്യുമ്നനെ മുന്നിൽ നിർത്തി അവിടെത്തന്നെ ഉറച്ചുനിന്നു।
