युद्धे हि निहतः शूरो विसृजन् सायकान् बहून्
Transliteration
yuddhe hi nihataḥ śūro visṛjan sāyakān bahūn
Translation
യുദ്ധത്തിൽ അനവധി അമ്പുകൾ വിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ വീരൻ വധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്—അതുതന്നെ വീരന്റെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠാന്ത്യം; ധൈര്യവും ധർമ്മവും ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതെ രണകർമ്മത്തിനിടയിൽ തന്നെ അവൻ വീഴുന്നു.
