sahasraśo 'śvān kṣipunaḥ sa sādīn naṣṭa-sahasrāṇi ca pattivīrān
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് കുതിരകളെ സവാരികളോടുകൂടി വീഴ്ത്തി; ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് പാദസൈനിക വീരന്മാരെയും നശിപ്പിച്ചു।
