तैश्वातिवेगात् स तथाविधो5पि नीत: शमं वल्लिरतिप्रचण्ड: । बलाहकैरेव दिगन्तराणि व्याप्तानि सर्वाणि यथा नभशक्ष
taiś cātivegāt sa tathāvidho ’pi nītaḥ śamaṁ vallir atipracandaḥ | balāhakair eva digantarāṇi vyāptāni sarvāṇi yathā nabhaḥ ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവരുടെ അതിവേഗത്തിന്റെ പ്രഹരത്തിൽ അവനും, അത്ര ഭീകരനായിട്ടും, ശമിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു—അതിപ്രചണ്ഡമായി പടർന്ന വള്ളി പെട്ടെന്ന് നിശ്ചലമാകുന്നതുപോലെ. ആകാശത്ത് കൊടുങ്കാറ്റുമേഘങ്ങൾ എല്ലാദിക്കുകളും മൂടുന്നതുപോലെ.
