इति कृष्णवच: श्र॒ुत्वा प्रहलन् कपिकेतन: । अर्जुन: प्रत्युवाचेदं कृष्णमक्लिष्टकारिणम्
iti kṛṣṇavacaḥ śrutvā prahasan kapiketanāḥ | arjunaḥ pratyuvācedaṃ kṛṣṇam akliṣṭakāriṇam ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കൃഷ്ണന്റെ ഈ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് കപിധ്വജനായ അർജുനൻ പുഞ്ചിരിച്ചു. പിന്നെ കലങ്ങാതെ, മഹാകർമ്മങ്ങളിൽ അക്ഷീണനായ കൃഷ്ണനോട് ഇങ്ങനെ മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു।
