न युक्तान् हि स तान् मेने यमायाशु किरीटिना । उस समय भगवान् श्रीकृष्णने यह सोचकर कि अर्जुन-द्वारा इन सबको यमलोकमें भेज देना उचित नहीं है, रथके द्वारा उन्हें शीघ्र ही अपने दाहिने भागमें कर दिया
na yuktān hi sa tān mene yamāyāśu kirīṭinā |
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കിരീടധാരിയായ അർജുനൻ അവരെ ഉടൻ യമലോകത്തിലേക്ക് അയക്കുന്നത് യുക്തമല്ലെന്ന് ഭഗവാൻ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ കരുതി. അതിനാൽ അത് അനുചിതമെന്നു കണ്ടു അദ്ദേഹം രഥം വേഗത്തിൽ തിരിച്ചു, അവരെ തന്റെ വലതുഭാഗത്താക്കി; അങ്ങനെ അവർ തത്സമയ വധത്തിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു.
