भीमो>प्यतिबल सैन्यं धार्तराष्ट्र व्यपोथयत् । अथ कर्णॉडब्रवीच्छल्यं पज्चालान् प्रापपस्व माम्,इसी प्रकार भीमसेनने भी कौरवोंकी अत्यन्त बलवती सेनाको मार गिराया। तत्पश्चात् कर्णने शल्यसे कहा--“मुझे पांचालोंके पास ले चलो”

സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു: ഭീമനും ധാർത്തരാഷ്ട്രരുടെ അതിബലവത്തായ സൈന്യത്തെ തകർത്തു. പിന്നെ കർണൻ ശല്യനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“എന്നെ പാഞ്ചാലരുടെ അടുക്കൽ എത്തിക്ക.”
