कर्णनिधनवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् | Reporting Karṇa’s Fall to Yudhiṣṭhira
कस्माद् भवान् महाखडूगं परिगृह्नाति सत्वर: । तत् त्वां पृच्छामि कौन्तेय किमिदं ते चिकीर्षितम्
kasmād bhavān mahākhaḍgaṃ parigṛhṇāti satvaraḥ | tat tvāṃ pṛcchāmi kaunteya kim idaṃ te cikīrṣitam ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കൗന്തേയാ! നീ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് അതിവേഗം ആ മഹാഖഡ്ഗം കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നു? ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുന്നു—നീ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് എന്താണ്?
