अर्जुनं जयतां श्रेष्ठ त्वरितो5भ्येत्य वीर्यवान् | विधुन्वानो महच्चापं कार्तस्वरविभूषितम्
sañjaya uvāca |
arjunaṃ jayatāṃ śreṣṭha tvarito ’bhyetya vīryavān |
vidhunvāno mahācāpaṃ kārtasvaravibhūṣitam ||
വിജയികളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ അർജുനന്റെ നേരെ ആ വീര്യവാൻ വേഗത്തിൽ മുന്നേറി, തിളങ്ങുന്ന സ്വർണ്ണാഭരണങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കരിച്ച തന്റെ മഹാധനുസ്സിനെ കുലുക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് എത്തി.
