Karṇa-parva Adhyāya 58 — Arjuna’s Arrow-Storm and Relief of Bhīmasena
पश्य पार्थ यथा द्रौणि: पार्षतस्य वरध॑ प्रति । यत्नं करोति विपुलं हन्याच्चैनं न संशय:
paśya pārtha yathā drauṇiḥ pārṣatasya varadhaṁ prati | yatnaṁ karoti vipulaṁ hanyāc cainaṁ na saṁśayaḥ ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“പാർത്ഥാ, നോക്കുക! ദ്രോണിയുടെ പുത്രൻ അശ്വത്ഥാമാവ് പാർഷതന്റെ പുത്രൻ ധൃഷ്ടദ്യുമ്നനെ വധിക്കുവാൻ എത്ര വിപുലമായ ശ്രമം ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവനെ അവൻ തീർച്ചയായും കൊല്ലും; ഇതിൽ സംശയമില്ല.”
