sañjaya uvāca | tataḥ punaḥ samājagmurbhītāḥ kuru-sṛñjayāḥ | yudhiṣṭhira-mukhāḥ pārthāḥ sūta-putra-mukhā vayam |
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! തുടർന്ന് വീണ്ടും കുരുക്കളും സൃഞ്ജയരും ഭയമില്ലാതെ പരസ്പരം ഏറ്റുമുട്ടി. ഒരു വശത്ത് യുധിഷ്ഠിരനെ മുന്നിൽ നിർത്തിയ പാണ്ഡവർ; മറുവശത്ത് സൂതപുത്രൻ കർണനെ മുന്നിൽ നിർത്തിയ ഞങ്ങൾ. ഇങ്ങനെ ദൃഢഹൃദയത്തോടെ ഇരുസേനകളും വീണ്ടും യുദ്ധത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങി।
