अर्जुनस्य द्रोणिप्रतिघातः कर्णोपसर्पणं च

सुषेणस्तु धनुर्ग.ह्दा भारसाधनमुत्तमम् | नकुल॑ पज्चभिर्बाणैर्बाह्वोरुरगसि चार्पयत्
suṣeṇas tu dhanur gṛhītvā bhārasādhanaṃ uttamam | nakulaṃ pañcabhir bāṇair bāhvor urasi cārpayat ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സുഷേണൻ ഭാരമേറിയ ഉത്തമധനുസ്സെടുത്തു, ശക്തിയുദ്ധത്തിന് യോജ്യമായ ആ ആയുധംകൊണ്ട് നകുലന്റെ ഇരുകൈകളിലും വക്ഷസ്സിലും അഞ്ചു ബാണങ്ങൾ കുത്തിനിറുത്തി।
