दण्डधारवधः | The Slaying of Daṇḍadhāra
तामापतन्तीं जग्राह चित्रो राजन् महामना: । ततस्तामेव चिक्षेप प्रतिविन्ध्याय पार्थिव:,राजन! महामना राजा चित्रने अपनी ओर आती हुई उस शक्तिको हाथसे पकड़ लिया और फिर उसीको प्रतिविन्ध्यपर दे मारा
tām āpatantīṁ jagrāha citro rājan mahāmanāḥ | tatas tām eva cikṣepa prativindhyāya pārthivaḥ ||
രാജൻ! മഹാമനസ്സനായ രാജാവ് ചിത്റ തന്റെ നേരെ പാഞ്ഞുവന്ന ആ ശക്തി കൈകൊണ്ട് പിടിച്ചു; പിന്നെ അതേ ആയുധം പ്രതിവിന്ധ്യനിലേക്കെറിഞ്ഞു.
