दण्डधारवधः | The Slaying of Daṇḍadhāra
प्रतिविन्ध्यस्ततश्रित्रं भित्ता पठचभिराशुगै: । सारथिं च त्रिभिरविंद्ध्वा ध्वजमेकेषुणापि च
prativindhyas tataḥ śitraṃ bhittvā pañcabhir āśugaiḥ | sārathiṃ ca tribhir avindhyā dhvajam ekeṣuṇāpi ca ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അപ്പോൾ പ്രതിവിന്ധ്യൻ അഞ്ചു വേഗമേറിയ അമ്പുകളാൽ ശത്രുവിന്റെ കവചം ഭേദിച്ചു; പിന്നെ മൂന്നു അമ്പുകളാൽ സാരഥിയെ കുത്തി; ഒരൊറ്റ അമ്പുകൊണ്ട് ധ്വജത്തെയും തുളച്ചു।
