अपहस्तेन चिच्छेद शैनेयस्त्वरयान्वित: । युद्धके उस महान् रंगस्थलमें श्रेष्ठ खड़ग धारण करके विचरते हुए विन्दको सात्यकिने तिरछे हाथसे शीघ्रतापूर्वक काट डाला
apahastena ciccheda śaineyas tvarayānvitāḥ |
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ ആ മഹാരംഗത്തിൽ ഉത്തമ ഖഡ്ഗം ധരിച്ചു സഞ്ചരിച്ചിരുന്ന വിന്ദകനെ ശൈനേയനായ സാത്യകി തിരശ്ചീന കൈവെട്ടിൽ അതിവേഗം ഛേദിച്ചു വീഴ്ത്തി.
