Droṇa–Sātyaki Engagement
शिवेन ध्याहि मां ब्रह्मन् स्वस्ति चैव वदस्व मे । भवत्प्रसादादिच्छामि प्रवेष्टूं दुर्भिदां चमूम्
śivena dhyāhi māṃ brahman svasti caiva vadasva me | bhavatprasādād icchāmi praveṣṭuṃ durbhidāṃ camūm ||
ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണാ! ശിവഭാവത്തോടെ എന്റെ ക്ഷേമം ധ്യാനിച്ച്, ‘സ്വസ്തി’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് ആശീർവാദം നൽകുക. നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസാദത്തിന്റെ ബലത്താൽ മാത്രമേ ഞാൻ ഈ ദുർഭേദ്യമായ സൈന്യവ്യൂഹത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ.
