भीष्मस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति उपालम्भः

मुमोच निशितान् बाणान् राक्षसेषु परंतप | जघान च महेष्वास: प्रधानांस्तत्र राक्षसान्,शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले नरेश! महाधनुर्धर दुर्योधनने राक्षसोंपर तीखे बाणोंका प्रहार किया और उनमेंसे प्रधान-प्रधान राक्षसोंको मार डाला
sañjaya uvāca | mumoca niśitān bāṇān rākṣaseṣu paraṃtapa | jaghāna ca maheṣvāsaḥ pradhānāṃs tatra rākṣasān |
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—പരന്തപ രാജാവേ! മഹാധനുർധരനായ ദുര്യോധനൻ രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെ മേൽ മൂർച്ചയുള്ള അമ്പുകൾ വിട്ടു; അവിടെ അവരുടെ പ്രധാന രാക്ഷസന്മാരെ വധിച്ചു.
