Educational Q&A

Rejecting wholesome counsel from genuine well-wishers—especially elders grounded in dharma—leads to moral blindness and eventual ruin; ethical failure precedes political and military collapse.

Sanjaya, reporting to Dhritarashtra, interprets the Kauravas’ worsening situation as the consequence of ignoring repeated beneficial advice from Vidura, Bhishma, Drona, and other well-intentioned advisors.
